SEMIOLOGIC DIFFERENCES AND PRIMARY DYSMENORRHEA IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

ABSTRAC

Dysmenorrhea is a pathology that manifests in women before, during and after menstruation, accompanied by very intense pelvic pain, decreasing their quality of life; The purpose of the study was: to establish semiological differences associated with primary dysmenorrhea. Few works have been investigated in this regard, women who start their menstrual cycles think that it is normal and that they do not need medical help, although the cramps are moderate to intense and are constantly repeated over the years, . Medical professionals have established general practice guidelines on clinical but not specific disorders of the menstrual cycle that accurately help a rapid diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, especially at 3870 meters above sea level, which is the particularity of our work. .research, where semiological differences can vary according to height.
